    Legal basis: the user’s consent, withdrawable at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Analytics and marketing via cookies and similar technologies: measuring website performance and carrying out marketing activities (e.g., remarketing) through cookies and similar tools.
    Legal basis: consent expressed through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and ePrivacy rules).
  • Compliance and protection: complying with legal obligations, preventing abuse/fraud and protecting the Controller’s rights (including in legal proceedings).
    Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and/or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processing methods

Personal data are processed using IT and telematic tools, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and data minimisation. Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are adopted to prevent unauthorised access, loss, unlawful use or disclosure.

Providing data

Providing data is necessary to reply to requests and deliver services (e.g., contacts, client area). Providing data for marketing purposes and the use of non-essential cookies is optional. Failure to provide the necessary data may prevent the requested service from being provided.

Data retention

Data are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes above and, in particular:

  • Contact requests: for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months.
  • Client area: for the duration of the contractual relationship and as required by applicable laws.
  • Newsletter/marketing: until consent is withdrawn.
  • Browsing and cookie data: as described in the Cookie Policy.

Data recipients

Data may be processed by external parties providing technical and organisational services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, newsletter delivery, analytics and marketing tools), appointed where required as Processors or acting as independent Controllers.

Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
